From the concept to designing the plans and rebuilding this 1930’s house, here we created a contemporary six bedroom detached family home, overlooking the fields out onto the Dee estuary.
The build took several phases and included the design and construction of a curved eye-brow roof; a steadfast and imposing porch made from green oak which was chosen to withstand the elements of the open aspect; and a splendid rear balcony created from glass and oak pillars to gain maximum benefit from the beauty of the views and the peaceful surrounds.
Inside the remodelling extended from the two kitchens, into the lounges and upstairs two floors via an outstanding staircase continuing the green oak theme with a striking curved lower handrail.
"Mark's thinking, his designs, his creativity just get better and better. We were delighted to incorporate his work into our new home. He was with us from beginning to end and fundamental to ensuring a successful and on - budget build."
