The extension to this traditional 1960’s detached house involved the design and build of a new hall and vestibule area that provides a natural separation to the lounge and dining area.
The project involved integrating impressive work in both Tulip wood and French oak featuring panelled wardrobes; herringbone floors; pillars, spindles and newel posts for the stairs. The impressive wood work was offset with the warmth of painted panelling, clever use of mirroring to make the most of natural light and an array of soft furnishings.
"We’re delighted with the Hall it gives a grandeur to the house that just wasn't there before. This was a big project incorporating the existing hall and the new extension. From design to execution, with a lot of flexibility along the way, big thanks to Mark and Craig. Great workmanship and exceptional craftsmen."
