This is a newly built Georgian detached home standing high overlooking the River Dee and the Welsh hills.
The project involved creating a magnificent tulip wood, black and white painted, central staircase designed to accentuate the imposing entrance hall. Special features include the galleried landing on the first floor, the square newel posts, the marble step integrated with the flooring and the raised panelling throughout.
In one of the bathrooms, we designed an octagonal vanity unit in tulip wood and with clever use of mirrored walls, this has resulted in a truly impressive, designer bathroom.
